What data is processed
The data you provide when you write by email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
If you accept analytics cookies, also anonymous or pseudonymised browsing data (pages visited, device, approximate country). More details in the cookie policy.

Purpose
To answer your enquiries, arrange studio visits, inform you about works and, if you buy a work, manage the sale, shipping and invoicing.
Analytics cookies are used only to know how many people visit the website and which pages interest them most.

Legal basis
Your consent when you get in touch or accept analytics cookies. In the case of a purchase, the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax obligations.

How long
Contact data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts or until you ask for it to be deleted. Purchase data is kept for the periods required by law.

Who else receives it
Your data is not sold or passed on to third parties, except where legally required. Some providers process data on behalf of the website: the hosting provider, Google (Analytics, only if you accept) and WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to write that way.
Google and Meta may process data outside the European Union. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
